The care and benevolence ministry responds to the needs of those who are sick, hurting and lonely. This committee carries out Christ’s command to love one another through:

Meal Ministry

Meals are delivered to families who have lost a loved one and to those who have recently been discharged from the hospital.

Visitation

Members visit and send cards to those who are homebound.

Grief Support

Visits are made to members grieving the loss of a loved one. Booklets and other resources are given at intervals throughout the first year after a loss.

Intercessory Prayer

Members meet to pray for those in need.
