Hospitalizations: IMPORTANT! governmental LAW prohibits hospitals from giving out information about your hospitalization - even to your pastors. This means that you must tell us which hospital you are in, what your room number is, and you must tell the hospital that you want visits from your pastors. Please share this information with your family before your hospitalization. Because of this, hospitalizations will not be listed on this page, but in the Sunday bulletins only (unless you let us know that you prefer it not be in the bulletin, either).

Please consider signing up! Being a driver consists mainly of going to the Foothills Presbyterian Retirement Community one Sunday every few months to pick up the residents there and bring them to church services. You may call the church office to put your name on the list, and we will get back with you with more details and a schedule of dates. If you have questions, someone will be happy to talk with you. |
New policies from the Building Committee have been adopted concerning use of our church building. Please always check with one of the secretaries (or other staff) before just writing in your request on the calendar - Thank You! Reservations (by members or non-members) must be made Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. in the Church Office or by calling 859-4220. Your meeting or activity will be reserved on the calendar upon completion of the request form and payment of the fees listed below. Requests are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis for members and a "waiting period" for non-members. (Wedding fees are different and are listed on an additional form that is required. You must also contact the Chairman of the Wedding Committe.)
