How to characterize in a few words who we are and what we are about at EPC? To begin with, I would say that we are a “right-sized” church. By that I mean that we are big enough to offer the programs you are searching for, and yet not so big that you will get lost in the crowd. EPC is also a caring community – to be a part of our fellowship is to know that you will be loved no matter what, supported in both good times and bad times, and put to work with fellow Christians in serving our Lord Jesus!
But I think the best way to characterize EPC is to say that we are a place to go deeper – deeper into God’s Word, deeper into the life of discipleship, deeper into service to Jesus Christ and to our neighbor, deeper into the joy and peace that comes from following such a gracious and wondrous Lord and Savior. We are not a church for persons who want their religion lite and on the side; we are a church for those who have heard the call of Jesus in their lives and who want to learn how to make Him the center and reason for everything that they do.
So if this sounds attractive to you, then I invite you, after you have looked through our website, to come visit with us on a Sunday morning or Wednesday evening. You may well find that Easley Presbyterian Church is just the place God wants you to be.
